Every great player starts with the fundamentals.

OCP BLANCO is OC Premier Futsal Academy’s recreational, beginner-friendly futsal program. It is designed for boys and girls who are new to futsal, new to organized sports, or still developing their foundational skills.

No tryout or previous futsal experience is required.

Players will train in a positive, structured and encouraging environment using OCP’s Spanish methodology and age-appropriate development curriculum. The program builds technical ability, confidence, creativity, game awareness and a strong understanding of the fundamentals.

OCP BLANCO is also the official introductory pathway into our next level, the OCP NEGRO intermediate and competitive-development program.

Training Day: Every Friday according to the published OCP academy calendar

Location: Momentous Sports Center – Irvine

Format: Coed

Skill Level: Beginner and recreational

Capacity: Maximum 16 players per training session

WEEKLY SESSION FORMAT

Every 90-minute session includes:

• One hour of developmental futsal training
• 30 minutes of organized scrimmage games
• Ball mastery and individual technique
• Passing and receiving
• Dribbling and 1v1, 2V1, 2V2, 3V2, 3V3 development
• Shooting and finishing
• Movement and positioning
• Futsal rules and game awareness
• Speed and agility training
• Teamwork and decision-making
• Small-sided competitive activities

SPANISH METHODOLOGY AND CURRICULUM

The OCP BLANCO curriculum introduces players to the technical and tactical foundations of futsal through our Spanish methodology.

Training emphasizes:

• Comfort and confidence with the ball
• Technical development using both feet
• Creativity and problem-solving
• Quick decision-making
• Movement without the ball
• Awareness in small spaces
• Positive competitive habits
• Learning through realistic game situations

Our goal is to develop confident, intelligent and technically capable players while creating an environment where beginners can learn, improve and enjoy the game.

BLANCO players will be continually evaluated by the OCP coaching staff. Players who demonstrate the necessary technical ability, confidence, game understanding, effort and coachability may be invited to advance into the OCP NEGRO program.

1 DROP-IN COST: $40 per player per session

1st time drop ins must wear white top, black shorts, black socks, and futsal flat shoes or flat shoes. After that all drop in players must purchase and wear a white BLANCO OCP Training top to all sessions attended.

MANDATORY OCP TRAINING JERSEY FOR DROP IN PLAYERS:

All players must purchase the official OCP BLANCO training jersey for $35.

Official OCP training shorts are optional for $30

Players must wear the OCP TRAINING GEAR with black socks, shin guards and indoor futsal shoes at every weekly training session.

SPACE IS LIMITED

Enrollment is limited to a maximum of 16 players max per session to maintain a positive and productive training environment.

Registration is required to secure a permanent weekly roster spot.
